Because each Giggle Grove cartoon is made just for your child, all orders are final once your video has been created. Every story is personalized and unique, which means it can’t be returned or reused.
That said, we want your experience to be smooth and stress-free! If you run into any technical issues—like trouble accessing or playing your video—please reach out. We’re always happy to help and make sure you receive your cartoon exactly as intended.
Cancellation
Each cartoon begins its journey shortly after your order is placed, as we start bringing your child’s story to life right away. Because of this, orders can’t be canceled once production has started.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our very best to help. While we can’t promise changes after production begins, we’ll always try to accommodate when we can.
Changes
We truly want your child to light up when they see their cartoon! If you notice any small issues—like name pronunciation, spelling, or a technical glitch—just let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly review and fix anything that falls within those areas.
Since each cartoon is custom-made, larger changes—like altering the storyline, switching major character details, or reworking the audio for preference are not available. We recommend double-checking your selections before checkout to make sure everything is just right.
Copyright
Your Giggle Grove cartoon is a special keepsake made just for your child and family to enjoy. Feel free to share it with loved ones or post it on your personal (non-monetized) social media—it’s meant to be celebrated!
However, the cartoon can’t be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes. This includes uploading it to monetized platforms (like ad-supported YouTube channels), using it for business promotion, or incorporating it into paid content.
All characters, animation, artwork, audio, and stories remain the property of Giggle Grove and are protected by copyright. Thanks for helping us keep the magic special for every family ✨
Delivery
Each Giggle Grove cartoon is custom-created, so please allow time for your child’s story to be brought to life. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, but most cartoons are completed within 3 days.
Once your video is ready, you’ll receive a 2 links to view and/or download your personalized cartoon.
Please be sure to provide a valid email address at checkout so we can deliver your video without delay.
After your purchase is complete, you will receive the following via email:
• A download link to save your personalized cartoon
• A private YouTube link so you can watch it instantly without downloading
If you do not receive your delivery within the expected timeframe, or if you have trouble accessing your video, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
